About Me

For over 20 years, I’ve been a licensed massage therapist and educator, deeply passionate about helping others embrace a healthy lifestyle that nurtures both body and mind. My mission is to share my knowledge and bring natural, holistic wellness into people’s lives, empowering them to achieve full-body balance and vitality.

In addition to my wellness career, I’ve been a professional dancer for most of my life and now teach acrobatics, tap, stilt walking, and jazz. As an active member of the Actors’ Equity Association, I’ve performed in shows at Busch Gardens, Disney, Opryland, Dollywood, and Universal Studios. My career highlights include televised performances with Disney, Universal, The New Amateur Hour, and The Grand Ole Opry. I’ve also toured with Sesame Street Live and Dolly Parton and spent over eight years working as both a dancer and cruise director for Carnival, Norwegian, and Princess Cruises.

My travels have shaped me profoundly, enriching my skills and experiences across massage, dance, and cooking. I’ve taken tango lessons in Buenos Aires, mastered cooking techniques in Chiang Mai and Puerto Vallarta, and honed massage techniques in Thailand, Hong Kong, Hawaii, Tahiti, Fiji, Paris, and Istanbul. I’ve also had the privilege of teaching continuing education classes for licensed massage therapists, sharing my expertise and passion with others.

Through it all, my goal remains the same: to inspire others, foster wellness, and create opportunities for connection, growth, and joy.
